Job Description

Role Overview

  • Work closely with middle management partners for day-to-day business activities such as scheduling big day drives, RnR programs, claims settlement tracking, and policy cancellation refunds.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team, preparing them for career progression.
  • Responsible for meeting sales, revenue, and product-wise targets for the designated state, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Manage accounts including sales and financial reconciliation; liaise with PLM team for timely payout settlements of partners headquartered in the state.
  • Travel extensively across the allocated geography to meet partners and customers as per approved travel plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and coordinate with the Business Development team.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and timely.
