Area Manager | Motor Insurance Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for agent recruitment, training, and development.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in General Insurance Sales (Motor Insurance), Agency Channel or Direct Channel Sales.
• Strong understanding of Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Car Insurance, OEM Channel products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams.
