  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and meet or exceed business targets.
  • Continually enhance and upgrade client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Drive team to enhance Cross Sell

Customer Retention and Expansion:

  • Retain and expand the company's customer base within the mid corporate segment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and growth.

Network Development:

  • Maximize sales through an extensive network of contacts and clients.
  • Effectively manage relationships to maintain a strong and sustainable business.

Business Planning:

  • Map the Market in the Local Area and Guide team to Achieve Business Target 
  • Feedback about local Industries to develop Specific Products to serve the customers 
  • Collaborate in developing a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns and sales strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new business relationships to penetrate new markets.

Portfolio Management:

  • Ensure Portfolio Quality and Support in collections
