Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at regional level.
  • Drive channel expansion and acquire new accounts.
  • Increase sales volumes for Business Loan lending.
  • Manage DSA database and tap them effectively to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships in the channel network to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure faster loan sanctioning.

Process & Operational Efficiency:

  • Adopt recommended process improvements to enhance operational productivity.
  • Focus on compliance with prescribed guidelines and process checks at all stages of unsecured business transactions, raising alarms where required.
  • Work on sales volumes and value IRR to ensure target achievement.

Recovery & Customer Service:

  • Monitor and support recovery of NPAs from relevant customers in the region.
  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed timely and effectively.
