•Identifying and executing regional sales growth opportunities and driving channel expansion

•Building strong relationships within channel networks to achieve sales targets

•Driving business loan sales and managing DSA channels for a strong pipeline

•Ensuring faster turnaround time (TAT) through coordination with internal stakeholders

•Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

•Ensuring adherence to guidelines and monitoring unsecured business transactions

•Driving sales volumes and maintaining profitability (IRR)

•Monitoring and supporting recovery of NPAs in the region
