Job Description

Franchise Partner Development & Conversion

  • Work jointly with the Sales team to identify and shortlist top-performing dealers for conversion into Franchise partners
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential Franchise partners
  • Drive conversion of selected dealers into Franchise stores
  • Plan and support the upgradation of existing franchise partners to higher tiers

Retail Excellence Management

  • Evaluate and monitor the Retail Excellence Score (RES) across all franchise stores
  • Drive improvement in RES through DDE across parameters such as store hygiene, visual merchandising (VM), customer feedback capture, and POS billing adherence
  • Conduct quarterly audits to track franchise retail excellence performance
  • Create awareness among franchise partners about the importance and impact of RES

Marketing, VM & Focus Product Sales Support

  • Support execution of all ATL/BTL Marketing and VM campaigns in Franchise stores
  • Ensure proper placement, display, and promotion of focused products through colour consulting and painting services
  • Monitor effectiveness of VM arrangements and recommend improvements as needed
  • Execute promotional campaigns in coordination with Franchise Partners

Store Launch & Upgradation Support

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of new Franchise store launches
  • Ensure smooth operations during store openings with complete handholding for the first 6 months
  • Support upgradation planning and execution for existing Franchise stores

Business Performance Monitoring

  • Track and review the business performance of Franchise stores
  • Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective actions to improve their performance
  • Drive sales of value-added products and services through franchise channels
  • Track ROI of Franchise stores by monitoring sales and cost metrics

Relationship & Conflict Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top Franchise Partners in the territory
  • Manage and resolve conflicts arising within Franchise and non-Franchise stores
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for timely resolution of escalated issues

Training & Capability Building

  • Train Franchise dealer staff on company systems, processes, and retail excellence standards
  • Conduct regular training on increasing conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service excellence

Tally & EDC Enablement

  • Ensure timely installation of Tally and EDC machines in all finalized stores
  • Collect EDC consent forms during the agreement signing process
  • Drive adoption and integration of Tally and EDC solutions in Franchise stores

Paint Consultant (PC) Management

  • Coordinate with RD Zonal Associate team for PC hiring
  • Monitor and improve productivity of PCs by ensuring timely CRM data updates
  • Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups for PC performance
