Area Credit Manager - Retail MFB

To drive Rural Individual Loan business underwriting and creating quality portfolio.

Major Deliverables:

1. Managing a team of Branch credit managers, Credit Executives.

2. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.

3. Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.

4. Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.

5. Control on portfolio performance.

6. Underwrite Individual loan and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).

7. Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT.

8. Support and train the team of Credit Manager/officers

9. Responsible for manpower

10. Knowledge understanding of local market.

11. Work closely with regional Credit Manager

12. Coordinate with internal teams like ICQ, Operational and sales.

• Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
