Area Credit Manager-Leasing-Credit Appraisal

Role Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and approve corporate finance proposals while ensuring adherence to credit policy.
• Supervise credit appraisals, disbursement authorizations, and PDD compliance.
• Lead and coach a team of credit officers to maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
• Coordinate with recovery teams, vendors, and senior management for risk mitigation and process optimization.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure timely and accurate underwriting of high-value corporate finance cases.
• Strengthen due diligence and credit review mechanisms for the assigned area.
• Improve efficiency through training and development of the credit team.
• Drive credit program enhancements aligned with local market requirements.
