Area Collections Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of collection agents by setting performance targets and providing ongoing coaching and support
• Develop and implement collection strategies aligned with company goals and customer service standards
• Monitor collection activities and provide reports on performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
• Conduct regular audits of collection practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment plans to resolve outstanding debts
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact collections
