Area Business Manager

• Managing the salons profitably and responsible for delivering top-line & bottom-line results for the franchise salons.
• Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service as per company standards.
• Initiating marketing initiatives and local activations.
• Ensuring salons are sufficiently staffed with trained manpower.

Additional responsibility of Business Development:

• Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities
• Screen potential franchisee & finalize the deal and coordinate for Salon Openings
