Key Responsibilities
- Direct and motivate business partners to meet objectives and revenue goals
- Develop and mentor sales teams to consistently exceed sales targets
- Build an effective sales organization and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance and revenue growth
- Leverage CRM tools for account management, reporting, and accurate sales forecasting
- Develop and present comprehensive sales plans, presentations, and performance reviews to decision makers
- Drive the company's revenue-generation system by consistently meeting sales targets
- Train sales teams and help develop skills and practices for achieving sales success
- Conduct regular performance reviews of sales teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Monitor projects closely and support the team for successful closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Conduct regular sales forecasts and coordinate with different departments to explore opportunities and streamline sales processes
- Analyze market trends and technologies to increase market share consistently
