Architectural Design Manager

Design & Solution Management

• Lead the start-to-end design and solution process for multilevel parking systems (mechanical, structural, electrical, and architectural).

• Review and validate design drawings, CAD layouts, and technical specifications.

• Assess site conditions and constraints to create optimal layout and configuration.

• Ensure designs adhere to applicable codes, including seismic, accessibility, and zoning standards.

• Actively participate in internal sales order processes and manage design changes.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a team of draftsmen, ensuring weekly drafting activities are prioritized according to business needs.

• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant drafting outputs.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Installation, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders (developers, builders, architects, RCC consultants) to provide timely solutions and support operations.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Support frontline sales teams by collaborating with structural engineers, architects, and automation specialists to ensure optimal design solutions.

• Attend onsite meetings when required to validate design feasibility and resolve client concerns.

• Maintain a strong customer orientation by focusing on timely, optimal solutions that ensure client satisfaction.

Technical Proficiency & Problem-Solving

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings as well as actual site conditions.

• Resolve on-ground and systemic challenges using a hands-on approach.

• Utilize CAD tools and CRM systems effectively to support design and project management activities.
