Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination & Review:

Assist in preparation, review, and coordination of architectural drawings including layouts, unit plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Review submissions from design consultants and contractors for compliance with MHADA norms, DCPR, NBC, and approved project parameters.
Support design development, revisions, and approval-stage documentation.

Statutory Approvals Support:

Assist in coordination for approvals with MHADA, MCGM/Local Authorities, Fire Department, Environmental Authorities, and other agencies.
Ensure drawings and documents meet approval conditions and respond to authority queries.
Track approval status and maintain documentation.

Construction Phase Monitoring (PMC Role):

Conduct site inspections to verify construction works against approved drawings and specifications.
Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and method statements for architectural compliance.
Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues to Team Leader and PMC management.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure architectural finishes, layouts, and common amenities meet approved standards and rehab specifications.
Monitor compliance with fire safety, accessibility, barrier-free norms, and environmental requirements.
Assist in snag list preparation and closure during construction stages.

Coordination with Project Stakeholders:

Coordinate with structural, MEP, planning, and QS teams to resolve design and execution issues.
Support interactions with contractors, vendors, and site engineers for smooth execution of architectural works.
Assist in meetings with MHADA officials, society representatives, and other stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection notes, design review comments, and MOMs.
Assist in preparation of progress reports for submission to MHADA and other authorities.
Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Handover & Completion Support:

Assist in preparation of as-built drawings, architectural completion certificates, and handover documentation.
Support PMC during final inspections, occupancy certification, and project close-out activities.
