Role Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, layouts, and documentation while ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034 regulations. The role includes conducting feasibility studies and coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure designs comply with DCPR 2034 and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with liasoning teams and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals.
• Support the project team in design development and execution planning.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction best practices.
