Leads IT & Services architecture development with HW/SW/IT/Cloud architects and partners
Performs IT & Services technology assessments and develops the technology roadmap with the Architects team
Translates User Requirements and Market needs into System Requirements and System Designs
Designs, Develops and Documents IT & Services solutions, including interfaces & security aspects
Effectively presents IT platform solutions to development managers, project leaders, development teams and customers.
Hardware Strategy & Standardization: Define, implement, and optimize hardware architectures, including servers, storage arrays, networking components, and data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Performance & Capacity Planning: Assess and optimize system performance, scalability, and capacity planning across compute, storage, and network layers to meet business and workload demands
Teams up with Product Management, Service, Supply Chain and Implementation to maximize value creation of IT & Services to our customers
Assists the project leader in a work breakdown and drafting realistic schedules
Contributes to the department process improvement activities
We are looking for:
BTech/ BSc / MTech/ MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical education
Overall 10+ Years of experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a IT Architect or IT Designer
Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus
Deep understanding, incl. hands-on experience, in IT &S Services architecture, design and development of modular IT platforms and Services
Strong conceptual and analytical skills to find solutions to complex problems
Experienced in working in multi-disciplinary teams
Deep understanding of IT & Services technologies, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud services and Service delivery (Monitoring, Update, Recovery)
Excellent written and verbal (technical) communication in the English language and interpersonal skills
Strong architecture design and modeling competencies
Supportive attitude to help pre-sales solution architects with in-depth knowledge
