Company Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

degree to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and

overseeing the construction of projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and

sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or

new building construction being considered.

● Interpreting client briefs, preparing designs, and planning projects.

● Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other

construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons.

● Complete coordination between various vendors and contractors to ensure the

proper execution of the architectural design while matching the industry

standards.

● Read and interpret all service drawings from consultants with necessary

coordination.

● Develop project plans and meet all coordinated deadlines and schedules.

● Organise and coordinate contractors and vendors to meet project plan.

● Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

● Responsible for architectural direction, coordination and decision authority in

their respective design team.

● Ensure the cohesion of their team and overall project success.

Skill Required:

● 0-4 years of experience in architecture & interior projects.

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.

● Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
