Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET and Azure.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, including integration with third-party tools and platforms.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and development guidelines.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural vision.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

• Guide and mentor development teams, fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and agile delivery.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of technical team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical capabilities.

Collaboration & Process:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
