Architect

• Support the Architectural Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects with technical and administrative tasks

• Apply cost-competitive execution techniques to develop the most effective project solutions

• Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and baseline documents for all project phases

• Prepare estimates, schedules, progress reports, and workforce forecasts

• Track and monitor material key quantities and provide analysis and forecasts

• Develop and review design specifications and criteria

• Incorporate health, safety, and environmental considerations into designs

• Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, contractors, and coworkers

• Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives
