Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, zoning regulations, and RERA norms.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and statutory clearances.
• Review contractor drawings and monitor site execution for design compliance.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising design intent.
• Support project planning, timelines, and budget management.
