AR Tainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform AR calling to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Manage denial claims, identify root causes, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve collection efficiency and reduce denials.
• Provide training or guidance as required to junior team members.
