AR Caller - Hospital Billing / Physician Billing (Voice only)

We are hiring experienced AR Callers specializing in Physician Billing & Hospital Billing within the US Healthcare Industry. This is a voice-only role for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong background in denial management. We're looking for immediate joiners who are ready to make a significant contribution to our medical billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review work orders and follow up with insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
• Analyze claims in cases of rejections and take appropriate action.
• Receive and process payment information once claims have been processed.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to strict quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an AR Caller with a specialization in Physician Billing & Hospital Billing.
• Excellent communication skills for international voice processes.
• Strong knowledge of Denial Management.

Work Environment & Benefits

• Shift: Ability to work in the night shift (US shift).
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with fixed weekend offs.
• Transportation: Cab provided for both pick-up and drop-off.
