AR Caller Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team as AR Callers in the US Healthcare Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with experience in other domains who possess outstanding English communication skills and are ready to work in a night shift environment. We provide comprehensive training from scratch, so prior knowledge in medical billing is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in B2B calls within the US Healthcare voice process.
• Utilize excellent English communication skills, ensuring no grammatical errors, to interact effectively.
• Handle accounts receivable inquiries and manage communication professionally.

Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent English Communication Skills Required; candidates must speak English without any grammatical errors.
• Experience: Freshers are eligible, as are candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any other domain.
• Work Shift: Must be ready to work in the Night shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• CTC Offered: ₹2.5 Lacs to ₹3 Lacs (will be finalized based on experience and interview scores).
• Free Transportation: Both pick up and drop will be provided.

Work Environment

• Work Mode: This is a Work From Office role; you must be ready to report to the office from day one.
• Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted via Video conference.
• Nature of Job: This is a US Healthcare voice process (B2B Call). No Sales / Marketing calls are involved.
• Training: Prior knowledge in medical billing is not required; we will train you from scratch.
