AR Caller Experience - Denial Management

We are hiring experienced AR Callers specializing in Denial Management for our medical billing operations in the US Healthcare Industry. This is an international voice-only role for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong background in managing claim rejections. We are looking for immediate joiners who are committed to ensuring quality standards and efficient claim resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review work orders thoroughly.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information when claims have been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections and take appropriate action.
• Ensure all deliverables consistently adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in AR Calling, with a specific focus on Denial Management, is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for international voice processes.

Work Environment & Benefits

• Shift: Ability to work in the night shift (US shift).
• Work Schedule: 5 days work with fixed weekend offs.
• Transportation: Cab provided for both pick-up and drop-off.
