Aqua Sustainability (Shrimp/Seafood- Procurement/ Operations/ ASC/BAP)

This role is for a Senior Executive - Aqua Sustainability for a leading Shrimp/Seafood export company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable aquaculture practices, with a focus on ASC/BAP certification, procurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess an in-depth understanding of ASC/BAP certification frameworks and audit processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in procurement planning and vendor coordination.
• Maintain strong documentation, compliance, and traceability skills.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize excellent analytical and reporting capabilities to monitor and improve sustainability efforts.
• Apply knowledge of aquaculture practices and sustainable sourcing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and operations is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
