Apprentice

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
• Recent graduates or final-year students eligible under the Apprenticeship Act/NAPS/NATS
• No prior work experience required
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and assist with assigned tasks under professional supervision
• Learn and utilize company-specific systems, tools, and processes
• Contribute to projects through data entry, documentation, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records of assigned work and progress
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards set by the organization and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate effectively within teams and foster an inclusive and productive learning environment
• Exhibit curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and task execution
• Adapt to changes in responsibilities based on evolving business needs
