Required Skills:

  • L2 Support experience for a large user community with customer focused approach attitude.
  • Experience in supporting Business-to-Business, Business-to-Customer applications
  • Ability to support multiple applications
  • Strong understanding of support processes - SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
  • ITIL process work experience.
  • Good data handling Analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills
  • Possess great service mindset.
  • Experience in Incident,Problem,Change Management process.
  • Experience in Incident, Service request handling process.
  • Exposure in Agile and DevOPS environment
  • Good team player and experience in working in a multicultural environment

Required Tool knowledge:

  • SAP and CRM tool experience.
  • Any ITSM tool.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic, Zabbix, SendGrid, splunk
  • Basic knowledge about Windows, Linux Operating systems
