• Provide pre- and post-sales support for IVD instruments (e.g., Immunoassay, Hematology, Chemistry Analyzers).

• Deliver onsite application support, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance to customers.

• Prepare product specifications and ensure customer solutions align with manufacturer standards.

• Collaborate with service, sales, and cross-functional teams to achieve client satisfaction.

• Travel across South India as required; flexible working hours to meet client needs.

• Use CRM software for call handling, logging, and closure of service/application issues.
