Application Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for IVD products, including Immunoassay, Hematology, or Chemistry Analyzers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or application issues, leveraging expert support when needed.
• Prioritize customer needs and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use CRM systems for call handling and closure.
• Travel across South India as required to support field operations.
• Demonstrate strong planning, workflow understanding, and knowledge of laboratory information systems.
• Work remotely while maintaining excellent customer support standards.
