Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting integrated IT Systems.
- Experience with Point of Sales, Retail POS business processes and functions.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with team members of Cross Functions / departments
- Installation, Configuration of POS, Omnichannel & Other Business Applications
- Manage L1 & L2 Support tickets on ITSM portal within defined SLAs.
- Good at documenting issues and determining the root cause
- Ability to test fixes, patches and solutions provided.
- Ensure completeness of documentation
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional communication skills - gives clear instructions, good listener
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Experience in Ginesys POS will be added advantage
