Job Description
- Handle overall e-mail correspondence and follow-ups after sales service.
- Coordinate directly with customers and communicate relevant information to internal team members.
- Process customer enquiries, prepare tenders, and follow up on requests.
- Manage routine sales and business development activities.
- Respond to commercial and technical queries from clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of valve standards, including BS, API, ISO, and radiography standards.
- Communicate tactfully and politely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the production team, attend production meetings, and monitor order progress, including bottlenecks, hold points, rejections, and material shortages.
