Application Lead

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate project management frameworks.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Employee Central (EC) Payroll, with mandatory Australian payroll expertise.
• Provide multi-country payroll expertise and advisory support.
• Influence and engage with multiple teams, taking responsibility for team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems across multiple teams and business areas.
• Lead technology delivery for large and complex projects, collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Manage service quality and cost to drive profitability and ensure project success.
• Proactively support sales by delivering innovative solutions and ensuring delivery excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
• Experience managing large and complex technology projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

Additional Information

• Minimum 18 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll required.
• Position is based at the Pune office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
