Application Engineer – Vehicle Integration & Testing

Support engine selection and perform installation quality design (soft-level integration).

Lead prototype vehicle builds, validation, and complete vehicle-level trials.

Troubleshoot vehicle-level issues related to engines, including fault codes for electronic engines.

Support certification extension activities.

Ensure installation quality assurance and complete engineering sign-off in coordination with customers.

Develop new subsystem components in collaboration with sourcing teams.

Integrate vehicle-level controls, wiring harnesses, and controls design.

Travel to customer locations (mines, rail yards, construction sites, oil fields, farms, factories) as needed.

Interact with dealers, customers, and OEMs to take measurements, photographs, and study manuals.

Conduct sensor fitments, trials, and provide guidance for engine integration on equipment.

Support integration of after-treatment and control harnesses with assistance from respective departments.
