What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and developing scalable software systems using a 3-tier architecture (presentation, business logic, and data access layers).
Creating and maintaining APIs (RESTful) for seamless integration and data exchange, focusing on secure communication and JSON manipulation.
Building robust solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into relational or non-relational databases.
Deploying applications to production using industry-standard tools and environments, such as IIS, Python frameworks, and Node.js environments.
Analyzing and maintaining existing software systems, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions across diverse programming languages and frameworks.
Implementing security measures, including data encryption and secure authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Developing and presenting interactive dashboards and reports with tools like Power BI or equivalent technologies for managerial and operational audiences.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and implement tailored automation solutions.
Providing ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements for existing applications and systems.
Ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs and solutions for future reference.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in programming and software engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Node.js, Java, or equivalent technologies.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB) or similar systems.
Experience deploying applications to production using industry-standard tools for various technologies, including IIS, Python frameworks, and Node.js environments or equivalent technologies.
Familiarity with API development, API security, and compliance with industry standards.
Ability to analyze, debug, and improve complex software systems, regardless of programming language or framework.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or natural language processing is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
