Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide technical assistance.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software tools.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Support product evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Manage escalation of critical issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in technical support or application engineering in the EDA or semiconductor domain.
