Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide technical assistance.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software tools.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Support product evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Manage escalation of critical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in technical support or application engineering in the EDA or semiconductor domain.
