Job Description
- Design machines and mechanisms, including performing design calculations, manufacturing process planning, machine layout, and preparing detailed drawings.
- Apply knowledge of GMP standards, design standards, GD&T, and problem-solving/failure analysis techniques.
- Design and evaluate product and film handling systems, different types of fillers, and material handling systems.
- Customize application design and provide innovative application engineering solutions.
- Manage turnkey projects and plan machine and allied equipment layouts.
- Handle technical order vetting and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
- Work on HFFS & VFFS packaging machines for design, evaluation, and application handling.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Team Centre, and ERP systems for design and project management.
