Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration & Training

• Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Train team members on procedural and technical aspects of ServiceNow applications.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.

ServiceNow Development & Configuration

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including CAS, CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-IRM.
• Design and implement integrations with other systems.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications according to business requirements.

Roadmap & Innovation

• Contribute to the creation of technical roadmaps for ServiceNow offerings.
• Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Align technical solutions with business strategy and organizational goals.
