Application Developer-Process Management (BPM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—design, implementation, testing, and supportto deliver scalable and high-performing applications.
• Microsoft Technologies Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in software development using Microsoft technologies, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
• Appian Development: Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using Appian BPM and other BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Pega, or Camunda.
• Business Process Automation: Automate and streamline business processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
• System Integration: Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) through APIs and web services.
• Database Management: Apply strong understanding of database concepts with hands-on experience in major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements, resolve issues, and deliver robust software solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging Microsoft and BPM technologies to continuously improve product features and development processes.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree
