Application Developer - Microsoft Modern Workplace

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Office 365, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent).
• Define and maintain technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security compliance, and alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Develop and support Power Platform solutions, including applications, workflows, and AI-driven chatbots for employee and user engagement.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and governance to ensure seamless user experience.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with Azure services, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and analytics within Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment and lifecycle management.
