Application Developer

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Act independently and work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development.
• Design and implement scalable applications aligned with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Workday Extend is mandatory.
• Experience with Workday Financial Integration is a plus.
• Strong understanding of custom software development.
• Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.

Additional Information

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Extend required.
• Position is based at the Chennai office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
