Application Developer

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with business goals and ensure optimal application functionality. Your responsibilities will include supporting testing activities, guiding team members, and fostering continuous improvement in application development practices.

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful delivery.
• Take responsibility for key team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making.
• Provide solutions to technical and business problems across teams.

• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Testing
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools relevant to Workday HCM
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with integration testing and user acceptance testing processes
