Application Developer

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with multiple teams to understand requirements, develop robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensure applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also address challenges through strategic problem-solving and continuously work to improve application performance and user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management
• Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with integration tools and technologies
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance
• Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office
• A 15 years full-time education is required
