Application Developer

Summary:

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, analyze user requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. You will participate in iterative design processes to ensure alignment with business goals and user expectations, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in application design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure performance and delivery.
• Make decisions impacting the immediate team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
• Engage with multiple teams to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user experience design and usability testing.
• Familiarity with integration processes and data management within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to analyze and document business requirements clearly and effectively.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Based at Kolkata office.
• Requires 15 years of full-time education.
