Job Description
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead design discussions.
- Manage and collaborate with the team to ensure effective performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting is mandatory.
- Experience as a Workday Time Tracking resource with certifications and experience in Workday Absence.
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting functionalities.
- Experience designing and implementing complex Workday reports.
- Knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday reporting issues.
Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting required.
- Position is based at the Hyderabad office.
- Workday Time Tracking experience with relevant certifications in Workday Absence is required.
