Application Designer

• Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead design discussions.
• Manage and collaborate with the team to ensure effective performance.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Deliver innovative and effective design solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting is mandatory.
• Experience as a Workday Time Tracking resource with certifications and experience in Workday Absence.
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting functionalities.
• Experience designing and implementing complex Workday reports.
• Knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday reporting issues.

Additional Information

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting required.
• Position is based at the Hyderabad office.
• Workday Time Tracking experience with relevant certifications in Workday Absence is required.
