Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural initiatives and provide technical consultation in the ServiceNow domain to improve client IT landscapes.
- Analyze existing technologies and propose enhancements leveraging ServiceNow best practices and architecture.
- Govern end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformation projects using onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
- Establish enterprise-wide best practices in Service Management, Service Integration and Management, Intelligent Automation Platform, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Implement complex ServiceNow solutions across various applications/modules such as TSM Pro, ITSM Pro, HRSD, ITOM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITBM Pro, Security Operations, GRC, FSM Pro, or CSM Pro.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, review code, and provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using SOAP/REST, including ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow or ServiceNow-to-Remedy integrations.
- Collaborate with project management teams to monitor technical progress and ensure successful delivery of implementations and maintenance tasks.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow administration best practices.
