Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable Appian BPM solutions for enterprise clients.
Translate complex business requirements into robust Appian technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and analysts.
Define architectural standards, reusable components, and integration strategies using Appian's low-code platform.
Oversee the development and delivery of optimized applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
Mentor Appian developers, review code, and guide best practices in SAIL design, process modeling, and interface development.
Integrate Appian with external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and third-party services.
Participate in solution workshops, client presentations, and architecture review boards.
Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and Appian deployment methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Appian BPM development and architecture.
Deep expertise in Appian design components – records, expressions, CDTs, rules, interfaces, and web APIs.
Strong knowledge of Appian Cloud and on-premise deployments, including performance tuning and scaling.
Proven experience integrating Appian with external systems and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Hands-on familiarity with Appian DevOps tools like Deployment Manager, Jenkins, and Git.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and secure application design.
