API Connect Support

Job Summary

1. Should have good understanding of API lifecycle.

2. Monitoring and documenting the IBM API Connect v10 subsystems and Datapower v10 servers health and services logs on hourly basis.

3. Analyze the services logs from IBM APIC Analytics v10 or Datapower v10 to identify problems within the environment.

4. Reporting immediately to the lead/team in case of observing any issue related to server or services while monitoring during the allocated shifts.

5. Testing the APIs with provided payload data using postman, Soap UI etc. in any troubleshooting calls during the allocated shifts.

6. Must be available to work from office in business/non-business hours.

7. Good to have knowledge of IBM API Connect v10 and Datapower v10 workflow.

8. Ability to multi task and work in a high pressured environment
