API Automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in API automation testing using REST Assured
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and BDD using Cucumber framework
• Perform automation testing of RESTful web services and ensure integration across layers
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for regression and functional testing
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test cases and implement automated scripts
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and automation approach
• Create detailed and well-structured test cases and test data for automation scenarios
• Maintain and improve existing automation test suites and frameworks
• Good to have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control using GitHub or Bitbucket
