Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other teams like creative, Marops, web and ESC teams and get the things done.
- Track and manage event program activities, budgets and invoices through Salesforce, Monday.com and procurement systems
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing (if needed), sponsorship deliverables (3rd party events), AV orders, catering orders, researching décor and entertainment
- Execute marketing programs, events and campaigns
- Create reporting, event announcements and event recaps which provide executive summaries of events & programs
- Measure and analyze marketing performance against target plan (Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase)
- Support Field Marketing Managers with activities that drive demand and leads in their region (APAC) through seamless execution.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, including overall weekly program status and performance, and monthly pipeline reporting
- Execute 3rd party regional events and IBM proprietary events
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing
- 2+ years experience in field marketing, including event management
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and predictive analytics tools
- Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to evaluate and navigate complex problems with multiple, evolving variables
