Job Description
- Lead the BX Services (SWS) Team
- Work Management: Assign tasks and oversee completion in line with customer expectations for timely and quality deliveries
- Technical/Managerial Support: Advice/Assist/Guide team members if and as and when required.
- Review Overall functional performance of the team against pre-defined KPI and evolve KPI as and when necessary. KPIs could include productivity, utilization, First Time Right, Count of Services Delivered, Datapoints Serviced, Cost Per Unit of Revenue, Growth in Services % etc.
- Escalation: Be an escalation point for internal stakeholders
- Promote activities for KPI improvement on a continuous basis with special emphasis on adoption of better processes, automation, simplification, standardization and tools. Evaluate & promote adoption of processes and tools for continuous improvement of service delivery
- Collaboration: With other functional leads within APAC Functional Org.
- Coordination: with BX Team Leads in other DSCs, TU-SW, Portfolio, G&T etc.
- Sales Support: Offer preparation, solution design, DSC walk-throughs, customer meetings,
- Demand Planning: Evaluate demand and plan resource capacity and competency on a periodic basis. Plan annual budget and conduct quarterly reviews.
- Competency Development evaluate competency gaps, identify training needs, organize training, evaluate impact etc.
- Represent the function in management meetings
