ANSYS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute simulations using ANSYS Mechanical, Fluent, CFX, or other ANSYS modules.
• Perform structural, thermal, fluid flow, and multiphysics analyses to validate engineering designs.
• Interpret simulation results to provide actionable insights for design improvement.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to integrate simulation findings.
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations of simulation outcomes.
• Optimize simulation models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
• Stay current with advancements in simulation tools and methodologies.
• Support prototype testing and troubleshoot engineering challenges using simulation data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience using ANSYS software for engineering simulation.
• Strong understanding of FEA, CFD, and multiphysics simulation principles.
• Experience with pre-processing, meshing, solver setup, and post-processing in ANSYS.
• Knowledge of material properties, boundary conditions, and load cases.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Proficient in using CAD tools and integrating CAD data into simulation workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with scripting and automation within ANSYS (e.g., APDL, Python).
• Familiarity with other simulation tools (e.g., Abaqus, COMSOL).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
